Primary
We process your personal data under a legal obligation for official authorities for the purpose of keeping a hotel register, for information on accommodation tax and, in the case of foreign guests, for reporting to the foreign police. We also process your personal data for the purpose of bookkeeping in order to comply with the legal obligation to record and issue tax documents.
Secondary
With your consent, we will process your data for the purpose of maintaining our guest list to make it easier for you to check in on your return visit or to provide you with your favourite room. The data that you provide us when booking accommodation voluntarily, by phone or by e-mail are processed in the reservation system only in paper form until the moment of the stay, after the purpose is fulfilled these papers are shredded within 7 days of the accommodation. What personal data will we process? For the primary purposes of the legal obligation, we process your first name, surname, ID/passport number, nationality, date of birth and permanent residence. For secondary purposes, in addition to the above, we also process your telephone number and email address. When booking accommodation, we only process the data that you voluntarily provide us with, basically your first name, last name, telephone number or e-mail address if our communication is via e-mail. This information is not mandatory for the reservation of accommodation, and the reservation can be made without this information. Contact information such as phone and email is useful in case we need to inform you about something before your arrival, after your arrival this information and phone numbers are only kept with your written consent otherwise they are shredded within 7 days after check in/check out (so that we can call you if you have forgotten something) and will not be used for any other purpose.
